We’re Francesca (Owner) & Timothy(Kitchen) of New School Cafe.

We started this cafe with the goal of providing excellent service and a new school of ideas, thoughts, and execution to the old school classics. Although Francesca grew up in NYC & Timothy in the North side of Chicago they have the same passion for food and hospitality. We both grew up in households where the kitchen was the heart of the home. Both having parents who played a major role in their love and inspirations in the kitchen. Combined we have over 30+ years in restaurants and experience. After many years of working in the hospitality industry, the pieces fell into place. A chance to open something that reminds us of home. Now together with dedication and a driving determination we’re taking a new school approach on some old school classics that we all know and love!
